We begin the old fashioned way, with the finest ingredients. Our on staff Executive Chef Zeus Soriano will spend time listening to you, helping you create the event you want. We offer suggestions on food and can create custom menus. Your party can be a simple sit down dinner for 12, a cocktail party for 50 or a corporate event for 350. We cater our food to your budget and your taste.
